On Thursday, June 7th, the Ad Astra implementation team will implement a new system. The new system offers many new features that we are excited to share! The old event and academic scheduling system will be shut off at 12 PM on Thursday while we prepare to be up and running by 1PM with the new Ad Astra Web System. Our goal is to minimize the down time.
We have attached a training manual to aid you in learning the new system. The training manual focuses on viewing events and classes and requesting events space. Attached are a few screen shots to give you a quick view of the system.
We encourage you to sign up for the Tech Week Training on Wednesday June 13 or Thursday June 14th (session P88 – Ad Astra Event Request) from 11 – 12 in room 11-101. You may contact the help desk to sign up. Enter “Tech” (8324) to register from the phone.
