Bake-Off / 24-Hour Play!

Don't let the name fool you--the goodies at this event are the short plays created by MCC students in the 24 hours prior to the September 29th performance!

The Sixth Act presents an evening of creative fusion at its most immediate. Come to the Forum on Saturday, September 29, at 7 p.m. to watch plays that are crafted over the course of 24 hours by MCC students! The students will meet in the Forum at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 28, to begin the process of creating a series of short plays from nothing. Twenty-four hours later, those plays will be ready for an audience. This is an opportunity to witness raw artistic collaboration and, in addition to being good fun, can provoke conversations about what it means to tell a story.
