HGHRP to Welcome Back Salva Dut, Present Check to Support Water for South Sudan Tomorrow

Water for South Sudan Founder and MCC Alumni Hall of Fame member Salva Dut will return to campus on Tuesday, June 26 at 11 a.m. in the North Atrium, Building 12.

Thanks to the support of students, faculty, staff and others during the past academic year, Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project leaders will present Salva with a check for $5,387 to support WFSS's efforts to build clean water wells and transform lives in South Sudan. The student leaders and Salva are grateful for your support of the HGHRP's fundraising efforts and hope you will join them for the check presentation. All members of the college community are welcomed.

To date, HGHRP has raised $68,698.90 in support for Water for South Sudan. The next Walk for Water will be hosted on Saturday morning, October 13.
