myMCC portal Updates

We hope your spring semester is off to a great start, and that you have had an opportunity to get back into the swing of things. You may have noticed a few updates/changes to myMCC that were made over the last month. We have the updates listed below, but as always please continue to email MCC Applied (mccapplied@monroecc.edu) with any questions ore suggestions.

  • The myMCC app has been updated by the vendor. You will notice there is a navigation panel at the bottom of your screen. This move should make things a bit easier as you navigate around the app.
  • Also updated on the app is the “timetable” on the student view. This calendar feature will continue to have updates over the coming months, but students should have a more clear view to their day/week/month schedules.
  • Updates have been made to the Student Home tile and the Employee Tools tile. All of the same information is still accessible. You will notice a visual change to these tiles with many common topics grouped together under tiles with titles that should be intuitive to the user.

You can always use the search function located at the top left of the myMCC portal (both app and web version). Simply click on the magnifying glass and type the topic you are trying to find.

If you have any issue finding something on the portal, please either submit the question using the feedback link (conversation bubble on the top left of the portal) or email MCC Applied (mccapplied@monroecc.edu) directly.

If you haven’t already loaded the myMCC app onto your mobile device, please check it out! It can be found by looking up Monroe Community College in your device’s app/play store. Also, help us out by giving us a positive rating and review on the store!

Thank you for continuing to help us make the myMCC portal such a successful resource to all of us and the MCC students. We will leave you with a few statistics:

Student use the portal on IOS devices for an average of 200,000 sessions each month plus an additional 200,000+ web sessions each month. Employees average 74,000 sessions each month via the web and average 3000+ app sessions each month.
