Wellness Wednesday Today

Please join us today for a midweek break and recharge with Wellness Wednesdays hosted by the Counseling, Disability and Health Services Department. We will be offering a wellness workshop designed to support your overall well-being as a college student. The following is a brief description of what expect:

  • Wellness Activities: engage in mindfulness activities, stress-relief exercises and creative fun
  • Therapy Dogs: Enjoy some cuddle time with our favorite furry friends
  • Wellness Resources: Pick up some educational material and free resources to help you stay informed and balanced
  • Self-Care Giveaways: Snag some great self-care giveaways to help you unwind and relax

These workshops are a great way to take a healthy break from your busy schedules and connect with fellow students in a relaxed, supportive environment fostering a sense of community here at MCC. We hope to see you there!
