Creditable Coverage Notice for Active Employees
Each year the Human Resources Office is required to inform employees and retirees about Medicare Part D. Attached is the notice for 2011. As an active employee, this information will not impact you unless you have a disabled spouse and/or dependents on your health insurance coverage.
