TCC Brown Bag: Cultivating Community in the Classroom at MCC (Wednesday)

Join the Teaching and Creativity Center (TCC) for an engaging program led by Kathleen D’Alfonso, an adjunct instructor in the Department of Anthropology, History, Political Science, and Sociology. Kathleen will host a Brown Bag session focused on cultivating community in the classroom. She integrates community into the curriculum both formally and informally.

Topics will include:

  • Creating community with the instructor
  • Fostering connections between students
  • Incorporating technology to teach authentically online
