Ask Tech Support


Q:  My colleagues have told me that I can buy Microsoft Office software at a discount through the college.  How do I go about doing that?

A:  Log into myMCC and click on the Tech tab.  On the far left side of the screen, in the channel named “Technology Links,” about halfway down you will see a clickable link that says “MCC E-Academy Software Store.”  Click that link.

You will be taken to a page that has the MCC banner across the top, and welcomes you to the Academic Software Center.  Just above the words “Welcome to your Academic Software Center” click on Faculty/Staff.

You will then be taken to a page which lists the software available for purchase. 

Note:  You MUST use your MCC email address when making this purchase.

If you experience difficulties with any of these processes please call Tech Support at 292-TECH (8342) or submit a trouble report using myMCC, Tech Tab, and then click on “Report a Technology Problem to TECH.
