Please be advised that participants in MCC Health Care plans will be receiving notifications mailed to their home addresses on November 14 and 15, 2005.
This notification contains important information regarding the addition of Medicare Part D: Prescription Drug Coverage, which becomes effective on January 1, 2006.
Since the notice contains information regarding drug coverage for persons who are Medicare eligible or will become Medicare eligible in 2006, you are urged to read the letter and keep the notice for future reference.
The notification does not apply to those participants who are not Medicare eligible and do not cover Medicare eligibles under their plan.
A copy of the letter and information is attached. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.
