Curious about meditation but never tried it? Tried it but became frustrated? Looking to deepen your existing meditation practice and support others?
Come learn more about the benefits of meditation and mindfulness practices. Basic meditation instruction will be given with the opportunity to sit and practice in a quiet and welcoming environment.
Beginners welcome! Free to students, faculty and staff.
Here is our meditation schedule for the Spring 2019 Semester (we do not meet during break weeks):
Mondays and Fridays 12:00 pm to 12:50 pm in Building 9 room 152
