myMCC Portal Enhancements

We are excited to announce some recent updates to the myMCC portal, designed to enhance user experience and better support our students and staff. These changes reflect our commitment to providing a seamless and intuitive resource for the MCC community.

Optimized Key Pages for Better Navigation

We’ve implemented analytics-based improvements to some of the most frequently visited areas of the myMCC portal: the Student Landing Page, Student Home, and Employee Home. We reorganized these areas based on what resources were being accessed the most by you! These optimizations streamline navigation and ensure the most used resources are easy and quick to find.

New myMCC App Version

The myMCC mobile app has been updated to a new framework, now live for both iOS and Android users. This release includes performance enhancements, a more intuitive interface, and compatibility with the latest portal updates. The support from the community was essential during this rollout getting feedback on resources and areas that were impacted by the change.

Reorganized Campus Resources into Student Resources

To better support our students, we’ve restructured the Campus Resources section into a dedicated Student Resources hub. This revamped section focuses on non-academic support, offering resources for:

  • Food Assistance
  • Housing
  • Child care
  • Health and wellness

These resources are tailored to address challenges outside the classroom, ensuring students have the support they need to thrive.

All changes mentioned in this article are live and we invite all students and staff to explore the updates. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to refine these tools. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact MCC Applied (mccapplied@monroecc.edu).
