Micquel Little, new Assistant Director of Libraries, traveled to the International ILLiad Conference presented by Atlas-Systems March 18th – 20th. Atlas Systems is the founder and creator of ILLiad, an innovative software utilized worldwide as a tool for libraries to provide a quality and dynamic resource sharing service to their communities. Micquel has presented at this conference for the past three years. This year she shared her experiences in customizing ILLiad to support assessment initiatives throughout the library while improving communications and services within library departments as well as with our students and faculty/staff.
