Effective September 1st, the College is offering a new Employee Assistance Program through the Hartford to all full-time employees. Attached are two flyers outlining the new EAP: Enhanced Ability Assist and Health Champion.
The service includes 3 face-to-face counseling sessions per family member, per incident per year. For example, if a family member received 3 counseling services for a death in the family in February, the same family member could receive 3 additional sessions for a divorce situation later in the year.
Program flyers containing contact information will be available at All College Days. Flyers can be found in the Human Resource Office and on the Website/myMCC under Online Forms and Documents under Human Resources.
