Need some peace to help you manage the end of the semester stress? Join us for meditation practice! No experience necessary. Just come and sit and enjoy some peace. Stay as long as you need. Free and open to all faculty, staff and students.
Here is our meditation practice schedule for the rest of the semester (All sessions are held in Building 9 Room 152):
Friday, May 3 at 12-12:50 pm: Traditional Sit with brief guidance to start.
Monday, May 6 and Friday May 10 at 12-12:50 pm: Silent sit...please enter and leave in silence. No guidance...just use your breath to help settle yourself and enjoy the peace.
Monday, May 13 and Friday May 17 at 12-12:50 pm: Guided Deep relaxation body scan. Just come and let your body and mind rest.
