College Directory Update

As announced back in May, the Online College Directory is now automated so that new employees will be included once their onboarding through Banner is complete. We have now completed the process by adding all current employees that may not have been included in the directory previously. 

Take a moment to review your personal directory entry for accuracy—building, room, and phone information are still added manually—any anticipated moves should be requested using the Move Form to ensure that directory information is kept up to date and equipment properly connected in the new location. 

Departments should also check their department listing for accuracy. It is still important for department staff to request phone service as needed and to supply Technology Services with building and room information for new employees.
