Are You an Esports Competitor: Fall Teams Now Forming
The MCC Department of Athletics wants you to join our growing and competitive Esports Program!
Attend one of the following three preseason meetings in the Esports Room/Gilman Lounge, Building 3, Room 114:
- Friday, August 30 at 7pm
- Tuesday, September 3 at 7pm
- Monday, September 9 at 7pm
The Esports team will compete in the National Junior Collegiate Athletic Association eSports (NJCAAE) against other 2-year institutions from across the country and the SUNY League against other state schools. Depending on interest - players will have the opportunity to compete in the following Esports this fall:
- Rocket League
- Rainbow 6
- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
- Fortnite
- Overwatch
- Valorant
- Call of Duty (4v4)
- Halo Infinite
- Hearthstone
- EA Football Club
- Madden 24
MCC's Esports program already has two national championships:
- NJCAAE Spring Champion - Fortnite Solo Invitational, 2021
- NJCAAE Open Series Champion - EA Football Club, Spring 2024
