The Ad Astra scheduling tool used by the college to reserve space on campus is scheduled for an upgrade. The system will be down on Monday, May 9, 2016 starting at 10:30 a.m. We anticipate the system being down for most of the day. The new enhancements will provide added features to help stream line processes for scheduling and provide a better scheduling experience for the end user.
We ask that you plan accordingly. If you have a need for space, please submit your requests prior to the upgrade. If you need to reserve space for the Brighton Campus or ATC during the upgrade, please contact a representative from the Campus Events Office ext. 2010. If you need to reserve space at the Damon City Campus please contact Toni Custodio at ext. 1611.
Please note the process for creating an event request will remain the same. Our commitment is to continue working on making the system more efficient for our academic and specialized event needs. Training will be scheduled at a later time. Stay tuned for updates!
