East High School Students Earn 207 College Credits at MCC
On Tuesday, May 22, Testing Services hosted a group of 25 students from East High School for a morning of tours and testing at the Brighton Campus.
All 25 high school students took the Spanish CLEP (College Level Examination Program) exam during their visit.
The students collectively earned 207 college credits during their visit!
Peer Advisors from Admissions took the high school students on a tour of the campus, as well.
According to The College Board, Hispanic students who complete prior learning assessments (PLA), such as CLEP, are nearly 800% more likely to earn a Bachelor's degree than Hispanic non-PLA students (https://clep.collegeboard.org/benefits-and-results).
