Honors Convocation

Thank You, College Community!

I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to you for your role in making the Forty-ninth Annual Honors Convocation a wonderful success! This ceremony celebrates MCC’s brightest scholars and is a meaningful recognition of the hard work of students, faculty, and staff.  However, it cannot happen without the planning and work of a talented team of organizers. Your time, energy, enthusiasm, and creativity make each year unique, meaningful and possible.

I want to thank the 2025 Convocation Team. The deans’ assistants worked collaboratively and effectively to ensure a smooth process. Thanks to all the offices that contributed their assistance in a variety of ways, and a special thanks to the marshals who organized the magnificent processional and logistics of the ceremony. 

On behalf of all of the academic deans, we appreciate your work.  Thank you for making the Honors Convocation a wonderful success.
