Please be advised we will operate with two work schedule options this summer from the week of June 2, 2014, through the week of August 4, 2014.
Regular work week. Maintain regular work schedule.
Friday flex option: Monday - Thursday longer day schedule. Four day work week, 8.75 hours or 10 hour shift in addition to a 30 minute lunch break. Flex day off is Friday. Normal operating hours of 8:45am - 4:45pm must be covered Monday - Friday.
Each office must be staffed to manage its workload effectively, and no office will be closed. Departmental and office supervisors are responsible for managing the coverage and approval of flex schedules with the understanding that employees’ ability to use contractually negotiated and earned leave takes precedence over participation in summer differentiated schedule.
