Honors Convocation May 22, 2025

The 49th Honors Convocation ceremony is Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the MCC Theatre on the Brighton Campus.  Faculty participation is needed. 

This event, hosted by Academic and Student Affairs, is a time to recognize graduating students with a 3.95 GPA or higher.  

Assembling instructions are as follows:

Time:  All faculty and professional staff should gather by 2:30 p.m.  The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 p.m.

Locations:

  • Faculty & professional staff will gather in room 5-100
  • Board of Trustees, President, Vice Presidents and Deans will gather in room 12-113
  • Student Honorees will gather in room 12-111
  • Faculty Marshals will gather in room 12-109

Attire:  Academic Regalia

Reception:  There will be a reception in the North Atrium immediately following the ceremony.
