MCC Featured in National Community College Publication

The League for Innovation in the Community College published MCC’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice  President of Administrative Services, Greg Hinton’s article MCC Embraces Psychological Safety to Move From VUCA to VUCA Prime, in its monthly newsletter. It focuses on how to change from a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) to a VUCA Prime environment: one characterized by vision, understanding, clarity, and agility. The article highlights the efforts of Associate Vice President of Administrative Services Darrell Jachim-Moore, who spearheaded the college’s VUCA Prime and Maxwell Leadership initiatives and others as they worked to help MCC move from a VUCA to a VUCA Prime environment. Jachim-Moore received the 2023-2024 Innovation of the Year award from the League of Innovation in the Community College for championing psychological safety.
