Excellus BlueCross BlueShield is undergoing a system upgrade to provide more efficient service to their members. As a result, you will receive plastic identification cards with a new prefix and new subscriber identification number. These card will be mailed around June 20th.
Please be sure to start using your new ID card with your new number on 7/1/11
In addition to your new ID cards, after 7/1/11 you will have access to:

Monthly Health Summary:

You’ll have the same great benefits plus even more tools to help you better manage your health care.
Be looking for a mailing from Excellus explaining this system change and what you can expect. The mailing will go out in mid-June.
