All employees who receive compensation from Monroe Community College, reportable on a Federal W-2 Form, are eligible to participate in a Tax Sheltered 403b Supplemental Retirement Plan.
A 403b plan provides a method for employees to contribute to a retirement account on a pretax basis through payroll deductions. Your contributions, plus earnings on your contributions are not taxed until you withdraw the funds, typically during your retirement.
