Over the holiday break, Communications and Network Services (CNS) will perform major upgrades to the campus phone system. Phone services will experience intermittent outages from 7:00 am Friday December 26th until 7:00 pm Wednesday December 31st.
This upgrade is necessary to enhance the security, add additional features, and increase stability of our phone system. Calls into and from MCC campuses, including calls into your voicemail box, may be unavailable during this time.
On Monday, December 29th, CNS will be performing significant infrastructure upgrades that will impact most college systems, including Banner, email, the M-Drive, etc. Services will be intermittently unavailable starting at approximately 9 am. Other college systems may be intermittently impacted throughout the holiday break as critical security updates and patches are applied.
