All employees who receive compensation from Monroe Community College, reportable on a Federal W-2 form, are now eligible to participate in a Tax Sheltered 403b supplemental retirement plan.
A 403b plan provides a method for you to contribute to a retirement account on a pre-tax basis through payroll deduction. Your contributions, plus earnings on your contributions, are not taxed until you withdraw the funds, typically during your retirement. Plans are available through five providers: TIAA-CREF, Fidelity, ING, Valic and Met Life. Please contact Human Resources at Ext. 2048 for more information.
