Flexible Spending Account Alert

The College has been notified by Benefit Resource that new Beniversal cards have been sent via U.S. Mail to all MCC FSA participants.  These cards do not work and were sent in error.  Cards for current FSA participants are unnecessary.

For current 2024 FSA participants, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Keep your current FSA Beniveral card
  2. Destroy the new FSA cards you have just received

For new FSA participants (those that did not have an account in 2024), you will receive two mailings.  The first mailing will contain the non-functioning cards.  The second mailing are the correct cards.

  1. Activate the cards from the second mailing
  2. Keep the cards from the first mailing until you are sure your activated cards function
