The Student Technology Help Desk (STHD) was established to provide a single point of service that will assist students with connecting to and utilizing MCC technologies. The STHD is operated by knowledgeable staff who are dedicated to providing MCC students with excellent and timely service.
With this in mind, Learning Resources is pleased to announce the opening of the STHD at the Damon City Campus (DCC).
Located at the service desk in the DCC Learning Commons, 4101, this area is devoted to supporting students at DCC. This desk will be open Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 2:00pm. DCC students are encouraged to walk up for support with campus computer login, campus Wifi, Angel, e-mail, myMCC, and M & S drive difficulties. Students may also e-mail us at any time at: <mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org> and someone will respond as soon as possible.
