Rebecca Griffin Successfully Defends Her Dissertation

Rebecca Griffin successfully defended her Ed.D. Disseration on March 21, 2025, titled "What curriculum changes should MCC make to better prepare students interested in nutrition/dietetics careers? A decision-analysis disseration." Rebecca's research will make a significant impact on curriculum development and success for future nutrition and dietetics professionals. Rebecca will receive her Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from the Warner School of Education and Human Development at the University of Rochester in May 2025.
