Office of Student Life and Leadership Development Updates

Chloe Allen:

Please help me congratulate Chloe Allen as the new Assistant Director. She will be responsible for the working with Clubs and Organizations, the Leadership Development Certificate program, COVE, and DWIGHT.

Chloe’s work experiences in Higher Education and in local non-profit organizations has prepared her for the new leadership role. Chloe has a strong educational background and understanding of student development theories, and she is certified in Trauma Informed Care, and Safe Zone.

Before coming to MCC, Chloe was a Resident Director at Brockport, Commuter Program coordinator at Rochester Institute of Technology and Prevention Educator at Willow.  

Her diverse experience with local community partners; such as non- profit health organizations, Middle School, High School, and Colleges align with the department’s mission and the Center for Volunteer and Community Engagement (COVE).

Chloe served as the Program Coordinator for the past 3 years, and has an excellent understanding of how the Office of Student Life and Leadership Development aligns with the College’s Vision 2027.

Chloe is an MCC Alumna, she has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Geneseo, and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education from Nazareth College.

Tracy McKinney:

Please help me welcome and congratulate Tracy McKinney. Tracy started with the MCC Association and Student Life on August 26, as the new Student Operations Coordinator.  Tracy will assist with reservations and set-ups for Clubs and Organizations and the daily departmental operations. Tracy graduated alongside both her children in May 2024 with her Hospitality Certification, and is currently working towards her associate degree and will graduate in December 2024.
