Civil Service Collective Bargaining Agreement Updates

We are pleased to announce that the NEW CSEA Collective Bargaining Agreement is now available online for employees to reference.

How to Access:

Navigate to the myMCC portal and follow this path:  Employee Home > Human Resources > Union/Contract Resources > Union Contracts 

Next Steps:

The fully-ratified, full version of the revised CSEA Collective Bargaining Agreement has been uploaded and the Union has begun the process of distributing copies to their members. If you have questions or need clarification, please reach out to your supervisor or Human Resources at (585) 292-2048 or email Human Resources (HR@monroecc.edu).

Thank you for your patience and engagement as we collaborated with the CSEA to finalize the formatting of the new labor contract.
