More ETS Brown Bag Lunch Sessions in April

Please mark your calendars and join us!
Educational Technology Services invites MCC Faculty, Staff and Administration to more Brown Bag Lunch Sessions in April. These sessions discuss a variety of technology topics. No registration is required – just show up!

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21
MCC’S VIDEOCONFERENCING UNITS
ROOM 11-109 BRIGHTON AND ROOM 5-001 DAMON CITY CAMPUS

Come converse with your colleagues at Damon without leaving the Brighton campus. ETS will be demonstrating its two Polycom IP Videoconferencing Systems. One unit is housed at DCC and the other at the Brighton campus. These units allow both campuses to be connected with interactive 2-way video and 2-way audio for department meetings, training, or any events needing interactivity between DCC and Brighton. These systems use the campus network and can be used in any room that has an active data port that is configured properly. This Brown Bag Session will be held in Room 11-109 at Brighton and Room 5-001 at Damon. You are welcome to attend at either location. Facilitated by Paul Tracy, ETS Instructional Technologies.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 28
CAMPUS CENTER TECHNOLOGY TOUR
MONROE A&B

You are invited to a Brown Bag Walking Tour of the following new Conference Spaces that have $1,000,000 worth of AV technology installed – Monroe A&B, the Forum, the Empire Room and the Brighton Room. We will also tour the main control center for all the new technology. Come see what the fuss is all about!  We will meet in Monroe A&B to begin the tour. Facilitated by Paul Tracy, ETS Instructional Technologies.
