Applications are being accepted for the President's Emerging Leaders Fellowship (PELF) and Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) programs. Both leadership programs will run from August 2025 through May 2026 and support the College's strategic commitment to talent management practices that include developing, recognizing, and empowering our employees.

Participants in the program will reflect the diversity of our college and represent each of MCC's six divisions: Academic/Student Affairs, Administrative Services, Economic and Workforce Development, President's Office, Institutional Advancement, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging.

Note: Applications require support from the division lead (president, provost, or vice president), and due to the scope of the work in which participants engage, participants are required to sign a confidentiality statement.
