The MCC Board of Trustees unanimously approved FULFILLING THE PROMISE: MONROE COMMUNITY COLLEGE’S 2012-2016 STRATEGIC PLAN at last evening’s board meeting. On behalf of the Strategic Planning Committee, we hope you will find this plan to be inspiring, focused, and empowering as a valued contributor to the success of the college.
The new strategic plan will be officially rolled out at the start of the 2012-2013 academic year. Specific strategies and success measurements for internal use will be included shortly. The plan will also be shared externally and be available online later in the year. In the meantime, the college will work to close out the current strategic plan.
Employees working on budgets, leaves for professional development, awards, etc. that will be implemented in the 2012-2013 academic year are asked to base their proposals on the new 2012-2016 strategic plan. Please refer to the attached document.
