On November 7-8, 2014, Neeta Primo, Mathematics, presented at the Professional and Organizational Development (POD) Network in Higher Education Conference in Dallas, Texas. The first workshop, Part-time Developers: Balancing Competing Demands, used a Critical Friends Group protocol for part-time faculty developers to share dilemmas and receive feedback. Neeta was also selected to represent faculty developers at two-year colleges at a Birds of a Feather discussion session.
