This is just a quick reminder to faculty and/or staff who teach or work with students in the STEM disciplines that the Xerox grant proposals for special STEM projects are due in the Grants Office on December 15. Applications can be accessed on the website at "https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/grants/grant-relatedforms.htm" (choose the Final Xerox STEM Grant Application Form). Proposers will be asked to make a 5-10 minute presentation to the award committee in early January. Funding is anticipated to be available in February with projects to be completed by December 2013. The Faculty Grants Committee, composed of Laurel Sanger, Javier Ayala, Remegia Mitchel, Chris Kull and Phil Oettinger, looks forward to reviewing proposals.
