I regret to inform you that Susan Hoyer, budget office, passed away on September 7, 2013, at age 54, from stomach cancer, 19 months after diagnosis.
To honor Susan's wishes, there will be no calling hours. Private interment will take place at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a donation to an animal welfare or environmental conservation organization of your choice.
