TOTAL BODY SCULPTING CLASS
In this class you will alternate between upper and lower-body moves, intermix standing, seated and floor exercises using dumbbells, body bars and resistance bands. The combination of exercises is designed to create a lean and well-toned body.
Begins: Wednesday, Jan. 22
Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Time: 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Place: DCC Dance/Fitness Studio (5267)
Open to the College community and all fitness levels are welcome!
You will need to wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely as well as
sneakers and don't forget to bring a towel!
