Students are stressed, faculty are working on overload to complete the semester, staff are tired…does this scenario sound like you? If so, the Health and Physical Education Dept. is offering the following physical activities to assist in reducing your stress level! All are open to the entire college community, and free of charge. Proper clothing and footwear required.
Cardio Bootcamp – Monday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 21, 12:00-1:00PM in the Dance Studio, 10-143. Patty Finnigan will lead this energizing class. No previous experience needed.
Step Aerobics – Continuation of this popular class led by Barb Litterio. Classes will be offered each Tuesday and Thursday from May 27th through June 26th from 4:30-5:30PM in the Dance Studio, 10-143. No previous experience needed.
Labyrinth – Room 10-143 will be open for walking and meditation from 1:00-4:00PM during exam week, May 19-22.
Open Human Performance Lab Hours – summer hours begin on Monday, May 19th and continue through the middle of August, when it will close for cleaning and repairs. Open every Monday through Thursday from 12:00 – 6:00PM.
