Burning of Bittner Farm Video On Line

The Bittner Farm, located by Clinton Ave., was burned in the late 1960s to help clear the way for MCC's new Brighton Campus. Thanks to Dave Day, professor of anthropology, for bringing in a film of the event. It has been transferred to video and placed in the archives in the Leroy V. Good Library. It has also been placed on MCC's video server.

You can view this three-minute film by going to 'quicklinks' on MCC's homepage, scrolling down to 'video server' and clicking on it, click on video content, scroll down to 'Information for Visitors,', click on "The Burning of the Bittner Farm" click on the 'connect' button. There is no sound. For more information on the Bittner Farm contact Dave Day at x3227.
