Meditation 101 at DCC


Have you always wanted to try meditation and never had “time” or knew where to start?

Have you tried to meditate but felt overwhelmed and discouraged?

Have you been practicing meditation and would like to support others?

If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions or just want to see what meditation is all about, come join us for a Meditation 101 session at the Damon City Campus on Monday, April 27 at noon in the Tranquility Lounge (on the 5th floor between rooms 5091 and 5097). Bring a friend!

No special equipment is needed … you already have everything you will need: your breath, your mind and the intention to try something new!  We will be supporting each other in a warm and encouraging environment. Feel free to bring a mat or pillow/cushion if you wish.
