MCC Chef Demonstrations at Wegmans


Come and see a culinary demonstration by Stuart Slutzky, Professor at Monroe
Community College, that will tantillize your tastebuds and educate you on the
techniques of "Braising". As featured in the current issue of Wegmans "Menu"
magazine.

The exciting event will take place at Wegmans in Penfield (On the corner of 250
and 441) on Tuesday, September 24 and Thursday September 26 from 5:30 to 7:00
This event is in conjunction with Deaf Awareness Week and Wegmans.

The menu will consist of:

Fresh Spinach Salad with Creamy Roquefort Dressing and Carmelized Granny Smith
Apples and Figs
Classic Beef Burgundy with Egg Noodles and Crusty Focaccia Bread
Poached Pears

Reservations are recommended with a $ 20.00 fee (Checks made payable to
Wegmans). Attendees will have samples of the food demonstrated and a copy of
the Wegmans magazine "Menus" to take home.
