Final Weeks in Securing Downtown Campus at Kodak


The final months of 2012 will prove important for Monroe Community College and the future of our downtown campus.  Since the Board of Trustees voted unanimously in December 2011 to move our downtown campus to properties owned by Eastman Kodak, we have been working closely with our partners at Monroe County to move the process forward.

As President Kress explained a few weeks ago in her "
https://www.monroecc.edu/ArchAnnou.nsf/d4b4cfac60dfda7f85256c55006cc00b/25b913fd3209a6cf85257a990062f9f0?OpenDocument&Highlight=0,Kodak" Wednesday Message, the process is expected to culminate with a December 11 vote by the Monroe County Legislature. A vote to approve the bond resolution in the 2013 Monroe County capital budget will secure the funding we need for the new downtown campus.
