Remembering Sal Anchondo

Faculty and staff are invited to honor the life of Salvador Anchondo, Reference and Collaborative Learning Librarian at the Damon City Campus, who passed away on Dec. 15, 2004. Sal was a very popular and adept librarian and is greatly missed.

Sal will be remembered with a Farewell Celebration on Friday, February 11, at 3:00 in Monroe B in the Warshof Conference Center, R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center, on the Brighton Campus. Sal’s wife, Brenda Trinidad, a College Liaison at RIT, will join us as we come together to commemorate this dedicated librarian and teacher.

As Sal was a mentor and teacher to so many students at the Damon City Campus, there will also be a Farewell Celebration at the Damon City Campus to be held in the DCC Library on Monday, February 7 during College Hour (12:00-1:00). Faculty and staff are invited to attend.

Please join us as we remember and celebrate Sal in the way he lived – laugh hard, live fully and love always.
