Incorporate Video Into Your Classes With Films On Demand

The MCC Libraries are pleased to announce the availability of Films on Demand, a state-of-the-art digital video delivery system that makes it easier than ever to incorporate outstanding educational programs including documentaries from the BBC, ABC News, and PBS Frontline into your presentations and lesson plans. These educational videos cover many disciplines from Biology to English and Anthropology to Counseling.  They can be watched on your computer or viewed in your classroom – anywhere you have Internet service, 24 hours a day. You can use Films on Demand to search for specific video segments, organize videos into folders, create personal playlists for your students to view, and even create customized bookmarks within any program. And there is no waiting in line or packages to return!

Videos can be browsed by subject or title. To get started, visit the libraries’ webpage at https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/library/lvg.htm and choose Films on Demand from the options on the left.
