Downtown Campus - Saturday, October 7, 2023, Temporary Street Closures

On Saturday, October 7, 2023, the Rochester Police Department will temporarily close the streets listed below around the Downtown Campus to provide a safe environment for the annual Walk to End Alzheimer's. The walk begins at 10:00 a.m. at Innovative Field.

The following streets will be closed from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.:

  • Plymouth Avenue from Morrie Silver Way to Main Street
  • Main Street from Plymouth Avenue to Andrew Langston Way
  • Elm Street from S. Clinton Avenue to Chestnut Street
  • Cortland Street from Main Street to Elm Street
  • Andrew Langston Way from Main Street to Elm Street

Students, faculty, staff, and visitors arriving at the Downtown Campus on Saturday, October 7, 2023, after 8:30 a.m. will only be able to enter lot AA from Morrie Silver Way. You will not be able to use the Plymouth Ave entrance to lot AA between 8:30a.m. to 11:30a.m.
