We are experiencing an unexpected problem in Banner with the last date of attendance (LDA) faculty enter when issuing a W or F grade. We expect this problem to be corrected by Monday, December 19th. In the meantime, please continue to enter the grades for your courses. But be aware that the LDA may be lost.
Last dates of attendance dates are used to recalculate financial aid for students who do not successfully complete any courses. Therefore, these dates are very important. Once the patch has been installed in Banner, the Registration & Records Office will send you an e-mail if an LDA is needed for any student on your roster. We need all LDAs to be entered within 10 days of our sending the e-mail requesting the data, so please look for this request. There are very tight deadlines in recalculating financial aid.
