Construction Project Adds Roundabout to South Side of Brighton Campus

Beginning May 27, 2014, the Brighton-Henrietta Town Line Road entrance to MCC’s Brighton Campus will close as construction of a traffic circle takes place on Campus Drive to improve traffic flow. Construction will continue through the end of August 2014 and will impact traffic patterns on campus. During construction, motorists will enter the campus from East Henrietta Road.

A section of Campus Drive – spanning from the softball field to the Bill Gray’s Regional Iceplex parking lot -- will be closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Access to parking at the Iceplex and in lot Q will remain open.

MCC asks students, visitors and employees to use caution navigating the campus during construction. Signs are posted in and around campus for guidance. For news and updates on the construction project, please check "

If you have questions or concerns about the construction project, contact the Public Safety Department at

(585) 292-2912 (non-emergency) or (585) 292-2911 (emergency).

We apologize for any disruption or inconvenience this project may cause. We have every confidence that upon completion, MCC will be a safer and more easily navigated campus.

Thank you for your patience.
