As the moves of the various offices and departments into the New Downtown Campus begin this spring, the Records Management Office will be among the first offices to go into the new facility at the end of April.
Beginning April 19th and continuing through April 28th, Archives and Records Management will not be accepting any requests for records, research, storage, or document destruction. During this period, we expect our priorities to be setting up the new facility for proper operations and ensuring records arrive safely and are in proper order.
After April 28th, we expect to be accepting requests once again. Please note that since access will be limited to the new facility until construction in other areas is complete, requests may be delayed 24 to 48 hours. Please remember that all requests for service, including pick-up of large box runs, must come through the Archives and Records Management email account: <mailto:ArchivesRecordsManagement@monroecc.edu
