Changes in Classroom Scheduling at the Downtown Campus

In an effort to centralize master schedule classroom assignments, all MCC Downtown Campus classroom scheduling will be completed through the Records and Registration Office process, effective immediately. Patti Montrois will be the main contact person for facilitating these requests in conjunction with Records and Registration.

To process requests, please follow the respective steps:

Classroom Change Requests - Submit through the on-line request form, which can be found through MyMCC. Click Employees tab at top; Click Faculty Essential at the top; Click Faculty Tools on the left side; and then click Classroom Change Request. Complete the form and submit.

One-Time Downtown Campus Computer Lab Requests - Please email the following details to Patti Montrois at pmontrois@monroecc.edu: course number, date, beginning time/end time of class, and number of students in class.

Please note that all requests for one-time meeting spaces/event rooms at the Downtown Campus should continue to be directed to Antonia Custodio at acustodio@monroecc.edu or through Ad Astra.

Requests for High Fall A&B at the Downtown Campus should be directed to David Van Gorder, Interim Coordinator, Campus Events at dvangorder1@monroecc.edu.
